Drew and Jeff: I apologize right now if you choose to read on.

So anyway, I’m not literally dying…I mean, technically I guess I am literally dying since I was on the road to death ever since I was born. But, that topic is morbid so instead I’m going to talk about my pee.

This morning I got up and walked on my treadmill for what seemed like 4 hours. It wasn’t, but staring at a blank wall for any amount of time is pretty monotonous. Anyway, so I felt like I really needed to pee but I had just gone to the bathroom 15 minutes earlier and knew there was no way I needed to go that badly again. Burning sensations came upon me and that’s when I realized it was bladder infection time. Ugh! Sign #2 that I had one? When I did pee there was as much as, if not more, blood that came out than urine. Yikes!

Anyway, needless to say I’m now on antibiotics. Noah’s currently napping and Bella’s, well, let’s just say she won’t be waking me up for a while. So, I’m going to go take a nap at 10:30 am. Glorious! Hope I can still sleep tonight though.

Last night we were eating dinner…okay, actually we were forcing our children to eat dinner with us. That’s more accurate. Anyway, Noah’s first bite sat in his mouth for what seemed like hours. And finally he starts saying “Buh-bye. Buh-bye” and waving at himself. He was saying good bye to his food he had finally swallowed. So cute!

I took Bella to the hospital today (because it’s Sunday and the Dr’s office is closed). 3 LONG hours later they said she has a hint of Pneumonia, mostly bronchitis, two ear infections (one of which has a huge puss pocket and will probably burst and take 3 months to heal, but it’s not a huge deal), and I suppose that’s it. Oy!

For those of you who haven’t heard (this is related, in a way), Grampy (Keith Bridges) is in the hospital in Santa Rosa waiting for a 5-way bypass surgery on his heart. Steve and Brooke decided to drive down to see him before the surgery because there is a bit of a chance he won’t make it through (not that the Dr said that, but there’s just an underlying feeling, I suppose). So, that means that if Bella’s sick she’ll need to be quarantined for the next day (until her antibiotics kick in) from any and all people who are planning on seeing Grampy. Please pray that Eric, Noah and I (and anyone else already exposed) don’t get what she has! We’d all like to hang out with family and not be sick!
